REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Early Bird Rates: Available until October 15

Regular Rates: Apply from October 16 onward

No On-Site Registration: No on-site registration as the venue does not allow any money transactions (cash and credit card included). Please purchase your ticket via the registration site before you attend the conference. For cash payment deadlines, see bank transfer/postal transfer information.

Important for Presenters
Presenters must complete payment by September 15 to secure their place in the final conference handbook and program.

For JALT Members

You are entitled to JALT member rates if your JALT membership is valid through November 2, 2025. To join or renew your membership, please visit the JALT website.

How to Register:

2. Create an Indico account (required for all registrants, including JALT members).

Notes

* If you will be 65 on or before 31st October 2025, or are a full-time student, you are eligible for discounted conference fees.
** The JALT Junior conference is a satellite conference that focuses on teaching children and training teachers to teach children.
*** Global Professionals applies to nationals currently residing in the country of their nationality where the country has a gross national income as defined by the World Bank of less than USD$15,000. The countries this applies to can be found in this list on the TESOL website.

All transfers, by bank or postal transfer, must be initiated by the deadline below. No applications postmarked on or after October 16 will be processed.

1) From a Japan Post Office account or when using cash, use the postal transfer form (郵便振替 用紙 “yubin furikae youshi” in Japanese) at the post office, or the preprinted postal transfer form which is attached to the last page of The Language Teacher.
