Statement of Financial Position

In accordance with the JALT Constitution and Japanese NPO Law, statements of financial position (balance sheets) are available here. The annual statement of financial position is submitted to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government along with other documents after approval by the membership at the annual Ordinary General Meeting (OGM).

Chapter VIII Method of Public Notice; Article 55:

The public announcement of JALT shall be posted at the JALT Central Office and in JALT’s monthly publication The Language Teacher and national public newspaper(s). The statement of financial position of JALT shall be posted on the JALT webpage in accordance with Chapter 28 Article 2-1 of the NPO Law.

JALT憲章および日本のNPO法に基づき、財務諸表（貸借対照表）をこちらに公開しております。年次財務諸表は、通常総会（OGM）において会員の承認を得た後、他の関連書類とともに東京都に提出されます。

第8章　公告の方法　第55条：
JALTの公告は、JALT中央事務局およびJALTの月刊誌『The Language Teacher』ならびに全国紙に掲載して行う。JALTの財務諸表は、NPO法第28条第2項第1号に従い、JALTのウェブページに掲載するものとする。
