Our annual end-of-year meeting will be held from 2:30-4:30pm on Sunday, 12/14. It will be held in our usual kenkyukan room at Aichi University’s Toyohashi Campus.

In the first hour of the meeting, JALT 2025 attendees from the chapter will review conference highlights and provide some topics for discussion.

The second hour will be our chapter’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). During the AGM we will announce the results of our 2026 officer elections, address an open agenda of chapter business related all members, and outline our 2026 event calendar.

Following the meeting we will move to the Hotel Associa for our bonenkai which will start from 5:00pm.

¥5,980 buffet with free drink plan. Discount for those 65 or over.
