Translation as a Weapon in Labour Disputes + Q&A

In this session Chris Flynn will discuss how identifying inaccurate or misleading contract translations has helped language teachers challenge unfair employment practices and resolve disputes. He will also provide a brief update on recent Kyoto General Union strike action and what it may mean for language educators more broadly. The session will conclude with an open Q&A, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions and gain practical guidance on their employment rights and protections.
