Abstract: This workshop and presentation aims to equip educators with practical strategies to enhance learners’ speaking and discussion abilities. In the first part of the workshop, participants will explore effective techniques to support and motivate lower-level students, helping them find their voice in the classroom. The second part will be a presentation on fostering students’ of all levels to engage in meaningful discussions on a wide range of topics. 
概要：このワークショップとプレゼンテーションの目的は、教育者が学習者のスピーキングとディスカッションの能力を高めるための実践的な戦略を身につけることである。ワークショップの第一部では、低レベルの生徒をサポートし、やる気を起こさせる効果的なテクニックを探求し、教室で自分の声を見つける手助けをする。第2部では、幅広いトピックについて有意義なディスカッションができるよう、あらゆるレベルの生徒を育てるためのプレゼンテーションを行います。

Built up a successful group of schools in Hiroshima, Korea and Thailand, and used this as a platform to support the professional development of teachers. He has written a number of best-selling ELT books.
