Hotel Accommodation at JALT2010
Applications are still being accepted for accommodation via JTB. While the deadline for booking accommodation through JTB was October 18th, a number of rooms are still available. JTB have notified us that they will continue to accept accommodation bookings until October 29th. Unless you are able to make alternative arrangements, we recommend you make use of the JTB service as they have arranged for reasonably-priced rooms in hotels close to the conference venue.
JTB Global Marketing & Travel Inc. (JTBGMT) will be handling hotel accommodation as the official travel agent for JALT2010.
JTBGMT has made arrangements with a number of hotels in Nagoya for conference participants for the period of the conference. JTBGMT will process reservations in the order that completed applications are received. If your requested hotel is fully booked, you will be assigned a room at another hotel of similar standard.
