ABSTRACT:
AI in Education (AIED) is a rapidly growing field in which the benefits of integrating AI tools into the classroom for both students and teachers are frequently highlighted. However, in the mainstream AIED ethics discourse, concerns beyond student plagiarism are often overlooked. In this presentation, we will dive deeper into key ethical issues related to both students’ and teachers’ AI use in education. We will conclude by offering practical recommendations for teachers interested in implementing AIED.
