The Records and Procedures Committee shall assist the Director of Records in performing his/her duties, including producing an administrative newsletter, maintaining JALTโs official records (other than financial, membership, or programming), producing officer manuals, communicating with all levels of JALT, translating documents, and clarifying reporting requirements.
