As the number of international partnerships increases, the opportunities for an increased number of representatives has also increased. The IAC is actively engaged in extending these representative opportunities to additional JALT members. JALT representatives receive unvetted speaking slots, and in limited cases, some funding support. However, representatives must also attend a number of events and must be knowledgeable of current partnership agreements and future opportunities in order to effectively attend planning meetings.
