Travel Information

JALT2015 will be held in Shizuoka–at the foot of Mount Fuji. It is centrally located just one hour from Tokyo and Nagoya, and two hours from Osaka by high-speed Shinkansen bullet train.
Air Access
From Narita International Airport
Take the Narita Express from Narita Airport to Tokyo Station (1 hour), then take the Shinkansen to Shizuoka station. Not all Hikari Shinkansens stop at Shizuoka, so please check before boarding. It is approximately one hour by Hikari, and 1.5 hours by Kodama.
From Haneda International Airport
Take the Keikyu Express train from Haneda Airport to Shinagawa Station (22 min.), and then take the JR Shinkansen–either a Hikari or Kodama express to Shizuoka Station. It is approximately one hour by Hikari, and 1.5 hours by Kodama.Haneda Airport Information
From Chubu Airport (Centrair)
Take the train to Nagoya Station. At Nagoya station switch to the JR Shinkansen tracks and take the Hikari (about 50 minutes) or Kodama (about 80 minutes).Chubu Airport information
From Kansai Airport
Take JR Haruka to Shin-Osaka station (48 min.), then take the Shinkansen Hikari or Kodama to Shizuoka (almost 2 hours by Hikari, about 2 hours 20 minutes by Kodama).
