Cancellation Notice
If you find you need to cancel your JALT registration, please follow the steps below.
Cancellations will be acceptable only if received in writing (postal mail or email) by JALT Central Office before the following deadlines and are subject to the following cancellation charges:
By Thu 5 Nov 17:00: Cancellation charge 3,000 yen
By Thu 12 Nov 17:00: Cancellation charge 5,000 yen
After the above deadlines: No refund
No refund will be given for any cancellation received after the second deadline, 12 Nov. Any requests for a refund must be made in writing, using the Cancellation Notice, and providing full details, including bank name, branch name, account number and account name. Refund due, less the cancellation charge, will be paid into the registrant’s bank account by bank transfer after the Conference. If your bank information was not provided at the time of cancellation, refund will be made in postal money order.
参加登録の取り消し
大会等の参加を取消す場合は、次の期限までに、英文のCancellation Noticeに必要事項を記入してJALT事務局に提出してください。
11月5日（木）午後5時 キャンセル料3,000円
11月12日（木）午後5時 キャンセル料5,000円
上記期限以降は理由の如何に拘わらず払戻し致しません。
期限内に申し出のあった取消しについてのみ、大会終了後に、キャンセル料を差し引いた残額を、銀行振り込みにて登録者本人に払戻します。Cancellation Noticeには払い戻しを受けるための銀行口座情報(銀行名、支店名、口座名、口座名義人等)を明記してください。銀行口座情報が提出されない場合は郵便小為替にて返金致します。
