投票期間: 2021年5月31日 – 6月27日 JALT会員の皆様 いつもJALTの活動をご支援いただき、またお忙しいなか来たる2021年度通常総会の議案についての不在投票にお時間をいただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。 今回は年次報告書の承認と選挙管理委員の選挙結果発表について、ご投票いただきます。 投票方法： 議案の各項目について（承認する、承認しない、棄権）から選択してください。 投票用紙の下部にある氏名（必須）、JALT会員番号（任意）と所属支部（任意）が正しく表記されているかご確認ください。 投票の確認メールをご希望の方は、投票用紙にメールアドレスをご記入ください。 貴方が投票者本人であることを証明し、“不在投票提出”ボタンをクリックして投票（または投票棄権）を登録してください。 投票のお願い 総会において会員の過半数の出席が必要です。会員の皆様が不在投票を提出することにより出席されたとみなされますので、たとえ総会に直接ご出席を予定されていても、投票をしていただくことは大変重要なことです。 棄権は定足数に含まれますが、東京都は 「承認しない」とみなしますので、ご留意ください。 締め切り： 不在投票期間は、2021年6月27日（日）正午12時をもちまして締め切らせていただきますが、総会の定足数を確実に満たすため、お早めにご投票くださいますようお願いいたします。 何かご質問がございましたら、feedback@jalt.org までお問い合わせください。 お手数をおかけしますが、ご支援とご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。 2021年-2022年理事会 理事長 ドーン ルコヴィッチ 副理事長 ロバート シャテラン 会員担当理事 メロディー クック 企画担当理事 ウェイン マルコム 広報担当理事 ウィリアム ペロウ 記録担当理事 ケン ゲール […]
