Andy Boon (Toyo Gakuen University)

Andy Boon, a renowned professor from Tokyo who has published many articles on reflective practice, motivation, teaching methodology, and research methodology, will lead two presentations. In the first talk, he will describe how teachers can help learners become more active in speaking classes. In the second presentation, he will explain how students are equipped with three basic qualitative research skills that they can use to collect primary data for their research.
