Do you have a lesson, activity, or an idea for the second language classroom to share? If your answer is yes, then this event is for you. The purpose of My Share is to provide an opportunity for language teachers to get together and share ideas. This is a very flexible event. It is open to anyone who teaches a second language. Teachers of all education and age levels are welcome. You do not have to present anything to attend, but active participation is very much encouraged. Presentations can be as short as five minutes to as long as twenty minutes. Presentations may be given in either English or Japanese. Discussion sessions that follow will also be conducted in English and/or Japanese. *We ask that participants who are able to bridge language gaps kindly help out when needed. We would very much like everyone to have the chance to participate regardless of her or his English or Japanese proficiency. We are striving to make our events as inclusive as possible. Any help from attendees to accomplish this goal is greatly appreciated. If you would like to present, please contact our program chair Chris Pirotto at the email address below with a basic outline of your proposal. Please include, your name, subject (e.g., vocabulary, grammar, group work, etc.), time length (e.g., 5 minutes), and target student age and/or level. We hope to see you there!
