JALT2012 Conference Handbook
The Handbook is distributed to all participants (approximately 2,000) and includes the program details, along with event information and other conference-related information; it will reach the broadest number of readers who will be using it throughout the conference.

Acceptable formats are (in order of preference) Illustrator or EPS with fonts outlined, PDF, any image format (JPG, GIF, etc) in as high resolution as possible, Word files (though we cannot guarantee results will be the same).
Conference Bag-insert (Bag accommodates an A4-size document.)
a) Practical Items
We welcome all kinds of bag-insert items that have some utility, such as pens, clipboards, post-its, etc. These are not only appreciated by the conference attendees, but are also a very effective way to make a good impression for your company/school.
b) Promotional Flyer
If you have your own promotional flyer that you would like to distribute widely, we can put one in each bag. (Some restrictions may apply, so please contact us at am [at] jalt.org for further details.)

a) Conference Bags
Placing your logo on the conference bag is one of the most visible ways to promote your company/school. Not only do all participants carry the bag during the conference, they also take them home and use them throughout the year.
b) Coffee Cups
This year coffee will be offered in the Educational Materials Exhibition area. In such a high traffic area, having your company/school logo on the cups will provide you with great exposure.
