It is our pleasure to let you know that the First JALT Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) of 2014 will be held as below:

第2号議案：議事録署名人選出 / Item 2. Determination of signatories
第3-7号議案：各年次報告書の承認 / Item 3-7. Acceptance of Reports
第8号議案：シニア会員（年会費6,000円) の設定についての提案 / Item 8. Motion to set “Senior member” rate at 6,000 yen per year

Note: All JALT members are asked to please vote by absentee ballot to accept the reports and vote on the Motion to set “Senior member” rate at 6,000 yen per yearシニア会員（年会費6,000円) の設定についての提案 /
Please note that we need at least half of JALT members to vote in order to have a valid OGM.
If your membership is current, you will get a message with a link to a personalized ballot. This message will be sent on or before 16 June 2014.
If you have any trouble using the link to the personalized ballot, please use the generic ballot (http://jalt.org/ogm-ballot-2014-01) and fill in your name, chapter and JALT ID (if known) in order to vote.
If you do not get the message with your personalized ballot, please contact membership-office@jalt.org to confirm your membership status.
The absentee voting period will end on 29 June 2014 at 12:00 p.m. (noon), but please vote as early as you can to help us be assured of having a quorum at the OGM.
