JALT2019 Mind and Body Space

This is a place for tired conference participants to relax and recharge.

Ready to try some early morning running, Taiji Chuan practice, Aikido, counseling/coaching, or lymph drainage? Restore yourself, get more out of the conference, and pick up some new ways to cope with the stresses of teaching and learning. Come spend some quality time at the Mind and Body Space located in Room 1210.

Note: When not in use for listed activities on this schedule, the Mind and Body Space (Room 1210) will be open for families to use as a place to relax and take a break. Mind and Body Space staff will not be supervising the room, so occupants are responsible for their own situations. We hope that the room can offer a nice getaway and safe space for families attending the JALT2019 international conference.
