Notice of the First 2019 JALT Ordinary General Meeting (OGM)

NB: Absentee ballot information will be sent via email at the end of May
JALT will hold its Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) on Sunday, 16 June 2019. If you would just like to join us for the meeting, please come. All JALT members will get an official announcement and a ballot near the end of May. It is required for JALT as an NPO to get a majority of members to vote on this ballot, so whether or not you can attend the OGM in person, please submit your absentee vote online. When you receive the email regarding the OGM, please follow the instructions on how to complete the absentee ballot. Fortunately, you can vote online by absentee ballot and be counted present for the meeting, as per the JALT Constitution. Thank you very much for being a member of JALT and for your continued support.
