Presentation Room Equipment and Internet at JALT2018

Equipment
* All rooms will have a projector and a screen or a whiteboard. Any other equipment, including speakers, computers, and connectors to connect your computer, tablet, or smartphone to the projector must be provided by the presenter (all projectors have VGA cables supplied. If you need to use a HDMI connection, bring your own HDMI cable).
* If you are using the projector, please ensure you know how to connect the computer or other devices you are using to a VGA cable, and you have all the necessary connectors required to do so.
* If you plan on playing a CD or DVD, you should bring a computer that is capable of doing so.
* We cannot supply computers for presentations. Be sure to bring your own.
Network Access
Wifi will be available in the Educational Materials Exhibition area at the site on Saturday, November 24th and Sunday, November 25th. No presentation rooms have wifi but all rooms except for Hikae 1 & 2 (1F, 2F) and Practice Rooms 1 – 4 have a wired Internet socket. Please bring any adapters you may need. You will need to bring your own LAN (ethernet) cable, and have a backup plan ready if you cannot connect. We are unable to guarantee Internet access for any presenters and ask that you ensure you prepare accordingly for your presentation.
