Visas & Sponsorship

Please note that NPO JALT is unable to lend any assistance towards the application of visas. Specifically we are unable to:
 Provide any offer of or actual sponsorship of speakers.
Provide immigration paperwork or documents of this kind.
Provide any assistance with travel arrangements. 
Participants from outside Japan should check the following government site http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/ regarding visa requirements for entry into Japan.
Please understand that JALT assumes no financial, legal or personal responsibilities for a conference attendee. Upon acceptance of their paper, presenters may request a letter from JALT stating this fact. However, it is the attendee’s responsibillity to arrange for their entry visa to Japan.
