Prayer Room

For those wishing to pray and seek solitude for spiritual meditation, please use Room 305 of the venue. This is the designated “Prayer Room”. See this Facilities Map for the exact location. 

Childcare at the Conference

There will be accessible onsite childcare at the conference. If you have any questions, please contact our Onsite Childcare Coordinator at childcare@jalt.org. The Childcare Room will be on Floor 3 of the venue – Room 306 – see this Facilities Map for location.

Guardian Program

If you wish to bring a caretaker to the conference, for whatever necessary situation you have, JALT will provide that person with a conference pass so they can freely enter the facilities and travel around as necessary to perform their duties. Please contact our Central Office with the name and reason this person needs to be in attendance. Please also tell us any necessary emergency contact information for this person in case we need to contact them directly. All of this information will be kept confidential and not shared with anyone outside official JALT conference team members who require such information. If you have any questions, please contact the JALT Central Office.
