Meetings:
Fukuoka JALT usually holds meetings on Saturdays in the Tenjin or Nishijin areas of Fukuoka City. Our in-person meetings are often followed by an informal social dinner at a nearby restaurant or bar. Everyone is welcome to join our after-meeting socials, whether they came to the meeting or not.
About us:
Founded in 1978, our chapter was originally called the Nishinippon Chapter. In 1995, about one third of the members split off to form the Kitakyushu Chapter, and both chapters have remained very active.
