The BizCom SIG promotes research and pedagogical development in business communication and business-focused English education. Our scope includes professional discourse, workplace communication practices, and skills-based language training for global business contexts.
We serve as a collaborative platform linking corporate practitioners, university researchers, and business English educators. Through research exchange, methodological innovation, and professional networking, we support the advancement of evidence-based teaching and learning in business communication.
As global and regional business environments evolveโparticularly within Asiaโthe role of English as a shared business language continues to expand. The BizCom SIG seeks to contribute to this development while fostering dialogue between research, teaching practice, and professional application.
