From Guest Lecture to Project-Based Learning: A Collaborative Approach to CLIL

After hearing Markโs NEAR 2025 presentation โThe Japanese Sake Making Project at Toyama University of International Studies,โ Li-hsin invited him to guest-lecture in her CLIL class, and built an entire project-based unit around it. In this workshop, Mark will give a version of his presentation, and we will share how a guest lecture became the anchor for student discussions, group presentations, and reflections, and offer a practical framework for designing your own guest-speaker collaborations.
