After a great inaugural poster presentation event in July of 2025, Hokuriku JALT returns again this time at University of Fukui in Fukui Prefecture. If you want to a great opportunity to present your ideas on language education send us an abstract that includes:

Your Name
Affiliation
Brief bio – 50 to 75 words
Formal title and abstract up to 100 words.

We want to know what your poster will depict, what people who see your poster should take away from it, and what you want to convey with a 10 to 15 minute presentation (each presenter will be given 10 to 15 minutes to talk directly to the audience about their topic…there will also be an open viewing session where all participants can walk around, view the posters, ask questions, and have open discussion). 

The poster needs to be paper-based. We would like A0 size, but if not possible, A1 size is also okay.

Deadline for abstracts: Sunday, May 31, 2026, 12:00AM (JST). Vetting will commence immediately and accepted presentations will be notified by mid-June. Those not accepted will be notified in the same timeframe, by mid-June.
