Childcare services on site

JALT 2025 is happy to offer free, supervised childcare for the children up to 12 years old of all attendees for all three days. For more information about this service and to sign up, please contact conf-childcare@jalt.org.

Please note that parents and guardians are welcome to bring children 13-17 years old to accompany them during the conference.

Family Space at JALT 2025

This year’s conference also offers a space for families of attendees with accompanying parents or guardians and children to use. Fridge is available for families with accompanying children to use. Please visit the Family Space in Room B3 in Culture Hall (カルチャー棟) (Directions: https://nyc.niye.go.jp/facilities/culture). For the access code to the room, please contact: conf-childcare@jalt.org

Venue Nursing and Changing Areas
