Date: 21 June 2025 (Saturday), 1 pm – 2 pm

場所：〒910-0004 福井県福井市宝永3-1-1, 福井県国際交流会館（2階 第1・第2会議室）/ オンライン（ハイブリッドミーティング）
Location: 1^st & 2^nd Conference Room, 2F, Fukui International Activities Plaza (3-1-1, Hoei, Fukui-shi, Fukui 910-0004) (hybrid meeting)

OGM 議案 / OGM Agenda:

第1-5号議案：各年次報告書の承認 / Items 1-5: Acceptance of Reports
第6号議案：監査委員会の承認 / Item 6: Approval of Audit Committee

Please see the Absentee Ballot for more information on the reports and any proposed motions. 

Note: All JALT members are asked to please vote by absentee ballot to accept the reports and the election result, and the motion.  

Please note that we need at least a quarter (25%) of JALT members to vote in order to have a valid OGM.

• If your membership is current, you will get a message with a link to the ballot. This message will be sent on 29 May 2025. The subject of the email is “NPO JALT: OGM 2025 Absentee Ballot” sent from “NPO JALT” <noreply@jalt.org>.
• If you do not get the link for the ballot, please contact membership-office@jalt.org to confirm your membership status.
• The absentee voting period will end on 20 June 2025 at 17:00, but please vote as early as you can to help us be assured of having a quorum at the OGM.
