The weekend of October 5-6 was the Handover Meeting for JALT’s Board of Directors. Every two years, newly-elected incoming directors join the current Board of Directors for a handover and initiation. Firstly, let me thank the directors who will be moving on at the end of the year. Their expertise and work ethic were above par. Secondly, we welcome the incoming directors starting their two-year terms of office in January of 2025. And finally, thank you to the directors who will be staying on for the new journey. Once again, thank you to the departing directors and for their service to JALT, and our best wishes for their future endeavors.
