Abstract: In modern linguistic research, various language databases have been developed and made public along with the unique needs, goals, and research methods of each research area. In this symposium, both the developer (creator), who contributed to the realization of such knowledge accumulation, and the researcher (user), who actually uses the database for various research purposes, will be on stage to introduce and share database know-how and research achievements. In addition, we will be able to give constructive feedback on the issues experienced by both the creator and the user, and discuss future prospects and challenges.
