Note: All JALT members are asked to please vote by absentee ballot to accept the reports.
Please note that we need at least half of JALT members to vote in order to have a valid OGM.
If your membership is current, you will get a message with a link to a personalized ballot. This message will be sent 28 May 2018.
If you have any trouble using the link to the personalized ballot, please use the generic ballot (https://jalt.org/ogm-ballot-2018-01) and fill in your name, chapter and JALT ID (if known) in order to vote.
If you do not get the message with your personalized ballot, please contact membership-office@jalt.org to confirm your membership status.
The absentee voting period will end on 17 June 2018 at 12:00 p.m. (noon), but please vote as early as you can to help us be assured of having a quorum at the OGM.
