Three or four days of presentations, workshops and networking can be tough on the mind and the body. When you need to recharge, come along to the Happy Room, a space onsite for you to kick back and relax. Just enjoy the comfy beanbags, aromas and chill-out music. Chat, hang out or take a nap, if you like.
You might feel like joining one of the Happy Room recreation sessions. Start your day on Saturday or Sunday with morning yoga (you can do this in ordinary clothes, and beginners are welcome). Or take a little break from the presentations in the afternoon and try a salsa, NLP, martial arts or meditation session. Again, no special clothes are needed, and you donโt need to have experience to participate.
You could also visit the reiki corner from 6:30 โ 7:15. Reiki sessions last 10 minutes. Itโs a good idea to drop by the Happy Room earlier in the day and book ahead to get the time slot you would prefer.
All Happy Room activities are free of charge. Come and enjoy!
