Food and Drink—Around Town
For the 2009 conference in Shizuoka city, there are a number of bars and restaurants that will offer conference participants a discount. To be eligible for these discounts, you must be a paying conference participant with a JALT 2009 conference name badge. Show your badge at each restaurant to receive a discount. Discount information can be found on the Pubs and Restaurants web pages. Participants will also find this information at the JALT Rendezvous area in the big hall next to the stage and JALT coffee center.
