For those who did not pre-register, registration will be available at the conference site for each day of the conference, starting from Friday 19th at 3:00 pm.

Equipment for presenters
Please note, equipment must be pre-ordered and presenters who need equipment must pay the equipment charge together with their conference registration fees by 1 Oct. Only orders paid before this deadline are handled. THE FINAL DEADLINE FOR CHANGES TO EQUIPMENT REQUESTS WILL BE 1 OCT.
発表用機材が必要な発表者は、使用料を大会参加登録費と共に10月1日までに支払ってください。この期限までに支払われなかった機材は用意されません。
Discount details割引特典
If your JALT membership is valid through 30 Nov 2009, you are entitled to member rates – even if you pay for your membership at the same time as registration.
2009年11月現在JALT会員である申込者には会員料金が適用されます。11月現在会員でない申込者も参加登録費と共にJALT会費を支払えば会員割引を受けられます。
