Onsite Hotel Details
Cost: 32,000 yen. Includes full conference registration and accommodation for 3 nights (check-in: Oct 31, check-out: Nov 3).
The onsite accomodations are single rooms in a business-hotel style arrangement. Each room has a desk, TV, fridge, bath and safe. Slippers, towel, bath towel, shampoo and body soap are available in the rooms. Sheets are changed every 2nd day. Towels are changed every day. Doors are auto-lock.
Smoking is forbidden in the rooms. There are smoking areas on designated floors, so please let us know if you want to be on such a floor.
Please be careful not to lose your keys. In the event that you do lose your keys, there will be a charge of 5,000 yen. Although the main gate is closed between 11pm and 6am, there is a door that allows access to the site. Check out is at 10am.
