Heather Doiron from Black Cat and Nellie's English Books

Providing meaningful reading activities for students at any level is one of the challenges for EFL teachers. This session will be useful for teachers who wish to use graded readers for the purpose of integrating speaking, listening, and writing activities into their reading curriculum. The presenter will show how graded readers can support students through scaffolding to provide students with a meaningful and robust reading experience. Upon completion of this presentation, the audience should have a better understanding of how graded readers can be used to incorporate speaking, listening, and writing activities into the EFL reading classroom.
