•  Provide any offer of or actual sponsorship of speakers.
• Provide immigration paperwork or documents of this kind.
• Provide any assistance with travel arrangements. 

Participants from outside Japan should check the following government site http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/ regarding visa requirements for entry into Japan.

Please understand that JALT assumes no financial, legal or personal responsibilities for a conference attendee. Upon acceptance of their paper, presenters may request a letter from JALT stating this fact. However, it is the attendee's responsibillity to arrange for their entry visa to Japan.
