Unfortunately the family day event under the cherry blossoms of Nara Koen has been cancelled due to bad weather, however we hope to see a large audience for Kevin's interesting talk.

This years annual Tenri conference will examine the debates between the classroom teachers and the Monkasho which implements the policies to reinforce English education.

NaraJALT will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Sunday the 29th of September from 2pm in the afternoon following our invited speaker for our September conference. We invite all members, friends and interested people to join us for this event.

This presentation will outline how a mini-immersion program has been conducted for the past 9 years with a special emphasis on the first 6 years, comparing these students’ achievements with those of other students in once-a-week and twice-a-week programs.
